A beautiful, tranquil property. Everything was as described and pictured. Very quaint and had the feel of home. We enjoyed every bit of the inside and impeccable outside grounds. Enrica and Stephen were an absolute pleasure to work with, friendly, accommodating, and always quick to respond to any questions. It’s clear they take wonderful care of their property. Their beautiful home is perfectly located halfway between downtown Ogunquit and York Beach, making it easy to enjoy both. Out back, they even have a serene private pond, home to a century-old turtle who will actually come when called- a truly charming touch! We can’t wait to return next year.

Enrica and Stephen were extremely responsive and very welcoming. We were all comfortable in the house, there was enough room for us all. Centered between Ogunquit and York, location is great to get to all the beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The road is windy, and no sidewalks, so if you like to walk or run in the AM, do it with caution. This has nothing to do with the house but worth a mention for those who like to do that. The star of the show here is the outdoor space, the pond is wonderful and if you are lucky, the resident turtle will come out to greet you. We had great family time, and we would stay there again.

Our stay at Serendipity had everything we needed for a bff girls weekend - a fire pit, hot tub, plenty of seating inside and outside on the decks, and ceiling/portable fans for every room. The space felt private and welcoming, with plenty of room for 4 of us to relax, as well as 5 roaming deer and a resident turtle in their pond! The house was as advertised, spotless and very comfortable and very responsive host. The location was ideal too, just minutes from the Marginal Way, great restaurants, shopping, antique shops and more. We loved having all the little touches that made it easy to just settle in and enjoy. The property is thoughtfully set up. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Our stay at this property was delightful! Enrica and Stephen were exceptionally responsive and welcoming hosts. The house comfortably accommodated our group, with an open living area that allowed for family togetherness without feeling cramped. Perfectly located between Ogunquit and York, we had easy access to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The true highlight was the outdoor space, featuring a beautiful pond complete with MJ the turtle. While the busy road requires caution for walking or running, and there were minor inconveniences like the absence of a washer, dryer, and dishwasher, these were outweighed by the overall experience. The house slept 5 adults and 2 kids comfortably, and we enjoyed nearby attractions like the beautiful Cliff House. In summary, this property offered the perfect setting for a family vacation, and we would gladly stay here again.
